Small Items Your item(s) will be delivered by one of our courier partners - Royal Mail or ParcelForce. For orders > £50 you will be provided with a 1hr timeslot on the morning of your delivery. Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days.

Large Items Your item(s) will be delivered by our 2 man installation team to your front door in its packaging. If you require the item to be unpacked, delivered inside your house, or delivered to an address or room above or below ground floor, please select our Deliver & Unpack option at the Checkout. Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days. After placing your order a member of our team will give you a call to confirm Delivery date and time and to check the access for our delivery team. On the morning of the delivery you will also be called by one of our team and provided with a 4hr delivery timeslot. If you would like to reserve a specific time for you delivery please see our 4hr Time Slot & 2hr Time Slot services below.

*Free Delivery is available on orders over £30 Monday to Friday - Saturday Drop Offs incur a £9.99 but the charge is waived in conjunction with installs, for orders over £500 and for Purewell Plus customers. Orders under £30 charge delivery starts from £1.99.

Small Items We offer Next Day Delivery on small items Monday to Friday, if ordered before 2pm.

Large Items We are also able to offer Next Day Delivery on larger items Monday to Saturday, if ordered before 2pm. Once you have placed your order a member of our team will call to confirm availability. Please note only available on items in stock in our Christchurch Warehouse. For those who don't want to wait in all day we are pleased to offer bookable 4hr Time Slots on larger items. Select from a 4hr AM Time Slot (9am - 1pm) or a 4hr PM Time Slot (1pm - 5pm).

When it comes to delivering larger items, we want to make your life as easy as possible and so leaving an appliance in its packaging on your doorstep is not our preferred delivery option. We strongly recommend that you select this option as it ensures a smooth delivery. Our installers will take the item to a room of your choice, unpack and remove all packaging.

For Range Cookers a fee of £19.99 is charged to deliver to room of choice and remove packaging. For Side-by-Side (American) Refrigeration a fee of £29.99 is charged to deliver to room of choice and remove packaging. This includes the removal of the product's doors if required.

Please note surcharges may apply if we have to disassemble a product to get it into the room of your choice or the item is required to be carried up stairs. Purewell will not disassemble or remove any furniture or structures in a customer premises. We are pleased to offer free Click & Collect on all in stock products. Products that are in stock in our Christchurch warehouse are available for same day collection, once you have received a call from our sales team notifying you that your order is ready for collection.

Items that are in our central warehouse are usually ready for collection within 3-5 working days.Our sales team will notify you when your item is ready for collection.

Items that are special order can be up to 28 days before they are available for collection. Our sales team will notify you when your item is ready for collection.

We are proud to operate a fleet of two 2 man vans. For addresses within a 30 mile radius of Christchurch your delivery will be carried out by our friendly team who will contact you to confirm timings and arrangements.

For larger appliances you will be able to request a preferred delivery date, we will then contact you to let you know if we are able to deliver on your chosen delivery day or if this is not possible arrange a suitable day with you.

Products that are marked as On Display to Order can be ordered in store or online for Free Home Delivery or Free In Store Collection. You will be notified once your order has arrived and is ready for collection or delivery. Standard Delivery terms and conditions apply.

Please ensure that you can be available all day on the date you are allocated; if you subsequently find you cannot keep to your allocated delivery date you must notify us before 12 noon one working day before your arranged delivery date otherwise failed delivery or redelivery charges will apply (see Delivery Terms & Conditions).


We are pleased to offer both 2hr (£14.99 surcharge) and 4hr (£9.99 surcharge) delivery time slots for you to choose from. Our time slots are as follows:

2hr Time Slots: 9am - 11am; 11am - 1pm; 1pm - 3pm; 3pm - 5pm

4hr Time Slots: AM: 9am - 1pm; PM: 1pm - 5pm

Large Items We are pleased to offer delivery and some installation services of large items via freight shipping. These items may be delivered on a pallet to the front door via a freight carrier. For most items over £370 the items will be delivered by Panther 2 Man Delivery Service. For Standard Delivery, delivery is only guaranteed to the front door. For delivery inside the property please ensure you select 2 Man Delivery, then Panther will deliver the item into your room of choice (up to 3rd floor) and remove the packaging. We are pleased to offer a premium 2 man delivery services to the room of choice on our larger appliances. You will be provided with tracking information and the evening before your delivery is scheduled you will receive a 2 hour delivery window.

Exceptions Due to courier restrictions we are unable to offer nationwide delivery of items over 30kg or that have shatterable glass.

Our nationwide deliveries will be made by DPD (orders over £50) or Royal Mail. For orders over £50 you will be provided with a one hour time slot on the morning of your delivery day.

We offer next day delivery on hundreds of items when ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Our standard delivery is typically 3-5 days though this can vary depending on stock availability and postcode. For certain items that are special order delivery times may be up to 28 days. This is standard across the industry for certain products e.g. Range Cookers. You should be able to find expected lead times on your chosen product page or for the most accurate delivery estimates please give us a call on 01202 484411.

For the majority of our courier deliveries we are able to offer 1hr timeslots on the morning of your delivery.
We are able to offer installation on selected products from Bosch, Neff, Siemens, Rangemaster, Fisher & Paykel, Smeg & Whirlpool. Otherwise NO, we are unable to offer installation to postcodes further than 30 miles from Christchurch, Dorset.

Some of the larger items we sell will be delivered to postcodes further than 30 miles from Christchurch on a pallet via the Freight Network. These items will be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excl. Bank Holidays). We cannot guarantee a delivery time slot but the driver will call you on the day of the delivery to let you know what time your item will be delivered. The item will be delivered on a pallet, which you may be able to ask the driver to dispose of should you wish.

Should you wish to return an item that has been delivered via Freight Shipping we will be happy to assist. However, please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for non-faulty items and for Freight Items we can arrange for collection but this will incur a charge from the Freight Network of c.£50. For faulty items reported within the first 30 days we may offer a replacement item, in this instance we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected and once the fault has been found we will issue a full refund. Please note that as per our terms and conditions, if no fault is found in the item then the return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund made.
