How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are determined by selected product. The cost of shipping for your order(s) is displayed in the checkout process.

When will I get my items?

Orders placed on the Purewell website for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within two business days. We endeavour to deliver your order within 3 - 5 working days. We use major carriers to ship orders, including Interlink and Royal Mail.

What is Purewell’s return policy?

Who do I speak to if I have an issue with a product I have purchased or the service I have received?
